Karina-chan here! A beautiful girl gladiator competing in Terarialbee's tournament!

Yesterday I breezed through the preliminaries and won the first round without a hitch. But since most of my opponents were beastkin, I got the urge to fluff them up! So I called Mashiro-san over and got lots of fluffy cuddles! Ehehe!

Today's the second day and I'm gonna do my best to win the championship!

So yeah, after defeating all those beastkin and building up my fluffing desires, I had Mashiro-san satisfy them before heading into day two.

Man, Mashiro-san with her full-body fluffiness is just… how do I put it? Nice to hold? Or nice to be held by?

To put it bluntly, it's like being wrapped up by a big dog. She loves baths, so she's got that nice clean-dog smell, and her fluffiness has really leveled up lately.

… I wonder if Mashiro-san has noticed that the brush in the changing room has secretly been replaced with a Five Elders-made one.

"Alright then, make sure you win this thing for my sake too, yeah? I believe you can do it, Karina."

"Yeah, leave it to me… Oh crap, there's that feeling again, like we're playing abusive boyfriend and girlfriend."

"I told ya, I don't get what you mean. Just drop that stuff."

"'Kay," I replied, burying my face in Mashiro-san's fur. Not dog huffing, but Mashiro huffing.

Then came a knock at the door.

"Karina-senshu, breakfast is ready. May we bring it to your room?"

"Ah, hold on a sec. Mashiro-san."

"Oops, stayed a bit too long. I'll head back to base before anyone sees me. Later."

With that, she planted a fluffy kiss on my cheek and headed back to base. Damn, this hottie. Love her!

I got properly dressed and let the staff bring breakfast into the room.

Breakfast was steak first thing in the morning! Wonder what kind of meat this is. Huh, minotaur? Wow, they really treat the main tournament competitors well here.

Thanks for the meal. It was hearty and delicious.

Alright, my stomach's satisfied. Now I'm ready in body and mind to tackle day two.

"Master, I gathered some information last night…"

"Oh. What'd you find out, Aishia?"

"Apparently, King Barbaros has already been eliminated."

Aishia said this while looking away. Did she sleep on her neck wrong or something?

"Huh. Then I can just blast my opponents away without holding back! … By the way Aishia, is there something interesting over there?"

"No, it's more like I can't face reality. Please don't mind me."

"I see."

Yeah, I kinda figured I must've done something, you know? Hey, what did I do? Huh, I don't need to worry about it? "Just follow your heart, Master"? Is that really okay?

"… Yes. There's nothing we can do about it at this point!!"

"O-okay."

Right. So what I thought was the second round turned out to be the third round, according to the MC's announcement for day two's opening match. Today they're doing one match at a time in the central ring.

"THE DARK HORSE OF THIS TOURNAMENT!! KAAAARIIIIINAAA SHOUUUUUNIN!! She easily defeated the top favorite for victory, King Barbaros, and casually completed the 11 consecutive matches the king was originally supposed to fight! Her adventurer rank is D?! THE GUILD PEOPLE ARE BLIND!! CHARGING STRAIGHT TOWARD VICTORY!! CAN OUR NATION'S GLADIATORS STOP HER ADVANCE?!?!"

WAAAAAAAHHH!!!!! A tremendous cheer erupted through the Coliseum as I made my entrance.

Yup. The MC just spelled it all out. Yeah, I'd messed up alright.

No wonder Aishia was looking away all awkwardly!!

Oh, as for my nunchaku-wielding opponent, I just snatched their nunchaku and threw them instead. Victory!
