True Chaos God, now known as Kaoru

"By the way, what should I call you? You're not the True Chaos God, right?"

"Ah, yeah… Call me Chaos… no wait, just call me Kaoru."

"Okay, Kaoru. Call me Karina."

"Got it. Nice to meet you, Karina."

And just like that, the former True Chaos God, now known as Kaoru, has (temporarily) joined the party!

For now, we left the cell.

"I'll guide you to the bedroom then… This charm hides us from higher beings within about a ten-meter radius, so don't stray too far."

Saying that, Kaoru fished out a pendant-style charm from her chest. Hold on, that little figurine looks kind of familiar. It's the same design as the Kosshori-kun we have back home.

Looks like it actually works.

"Right. I was planning on just charging straight in, but got any strategies?"

"Seriously, Karina, are you all brawn and no brain? Aah, fine, tie me up. We'll say I went to taunt you guys in the cell and got captured in the counterattack."

The old 'surrender or the True Chaos God gets it' play, huh. That'll work if our opponent actually cares about that.

"If she listens to what I say and surrenders, great. If not, we charge straight in anyway… I'll have your back when that happens."

I tied up Kaoru with the rope she handed me. It had sneaky little cuts scored into it, so it'd probably tear if she pulled hard enough.

"Leave the tying to me nya! Like this, and then this… there nya!"

"Ugh!… That's pretty tight… Alright, let's move."

With Kaoru, now bound with her hands behind her back by Misha, leading the way, we headed to the bedroom.

The bedroom door was a sliding type. Apparently it opens when you tap a card key against the panel next to it.

The walls, however, seemed to have countermeasures against Spatial Magic. I couldn't sense a thing inside.

"There's only one enemy, right?"

"Yeah. Just one homunculus maid keeping tabs on me. There are a few other homunculi around, but those are ones I made myself."

"Are they cute girls?"

"Of course. Once this is over and I'm safe, I'll make one for you, Karina."

"You get it, bro," Kaoru laughed.

Alright, now I'm motivated.

"Card key's in my breast pocket. Fish it out and use it."

"Should've grabbed it before we tied you up… Well, I'm gonna cop a feel while I'm at it."

"Mm… Hehe, not bad at all."

Nice breasts, good heft. Anyway, I fished out the card key.

"Alright, let's do this… Misha, keep an eye on Kaoru."

"Leave it to me nya! If she betrays us, I'll seriously slit her throat nya?"
