As always, Karona was delving into a dungeon. Multiplayer was scary, so she was soloing again, but she'd somehow managed to scrape together her target— enough for two Secretary AIs. Barely, but still.

"The 5,000 yen from that clip someone made the other day was huge, you know. That's a whole month of groceries!"

"a whole month on 5k…?"

"ojou… that's way too little, lemme send a superchat, oh wait she hasn't unlocked them yet… (T_T) sob"

"Ngh, I'll gratefully accept your feelings alone, then. I only need about twenty more subs to hit the unlock line, you see… nudge nudge"

Karona's current subscriber count sat at 178. On BCD the SuperChat unlock threshold was 200, so she was just a hair's breadth away.

Considering she'd only started B-Casting a year ago, well… probably decent progress for a solo streamer, all things considered.

"later～. next stream's a secretary AI chat, maybe?"

With her farewells done, Karona closed her stream window. Still riding the high, she eagerly pulled up the Mikado channel— the stream belonging to ojou-sama B-Caster Amenato Mikado.

With over four million subscribers and dungeon-clearing skills to match, she was a certified powerhouse.

And on top of all that, she was a genuine, real-deal ojou-sama.

Estimated annual income north of 500 million yen. Noble enough to host charity events for the public good. Even her blonde drill-curl hairstyle was one Karona had looked up to and copied.

"Today's stream is— yes! A dungeon stream! I get to witness Mikado-onee-sama's elegant clearing today as well～!? giggles"

She spun her chair around to face behind her. When streaming, she sat at her desk facing her desktop PC monitor, but for watching her oshi, big screen was the only way.

Taking full advantage of being inside a VR space, Karona stretched the stream window to fill an entire wall.

"Haaah, the bliss of watching my oshi on the big screen… this is why I can't quit VR!"

Pulling off a display this massive in real life would require a multi-million-yen mega monitor, or dimming the room and setting up a projector and screen.

That she could do all of this with just a headset was exactly why, in Karona's mind, VR was the absolute best.

As luck would have it, she opened the channel right at the scheduled start time, and Amenato Mikado's stream began playing immediately.

"Ahh, Mikado-onee-sama's OP～. So nice. I want an OP too… can Secretary AIs make something like that, I wonder?"

Karona murmured this while watching Amenato Mikado's gorgeous OP.

Since this was an immersive VR space, no matter how loud she got, her neighbors would never be bothered. She could talk to herself all she liked.

Savoring her oshi's stream, undisturbed, able to focus completely. What a wonderful environment.

Today, as always, Karona planned to cheer Mikado on through the screen as she watched.

"huh? is ojou's stream still going?"

And so, Karona didn't notice when that particular comment came scrolling along on the desktop behind her.
